Warranties and Liability

All goods supplied by furnitureoracle.co.uk come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months.
The buyer shall provide furnitureoracle.co.uk with any information as is required to claim under the manufacturer’s warranties and this may include providing photographic evidence. In the event of a claim, the Buyer shall first contact the Customer Service Department at furnitureoracle.co.uk
In so far as is permitted by law, our only liability to you under these terms and conditions will be, at our sole discretion, to make good any shortage or non-delivery, to replace or repair any goods which are received by you in a damaged or defective state or to refund to you any sums actually paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to us and will have no liability to you for any failure or delay in delivering goods or any damage or defect in goods delivered which is caused by any event or circumstance which is beyond our reasonable control.

Products

The quantity and description of the Products are set out by furnitureoracle.co.uk. We reserve the right to make any changes in the specification of the Products which do not materially affect their quality or performance required to conform with any applicable statutory requirements where the Products are supplied to the Seller’s specification.
Please note our photographs are for illustrative purpose only, and may not exactly match the product itself.
Please be aware that all furniture has variants of colour and we therefore cannot guarantee exact colour matches. Colour variation can also occur due to the different properties of computer display equipment being used to view the product.

Order Cancellations

If you order over the phone or online you have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. All items returned must be in a perfect condition, and there will be a collection charge of £50. You will be asked to confirm the change or cancellation in writing. Placing an Order

You can order online simply by clicking the ‘Purchase’ button next to the item you wish to buy and when you have completed shopping click on the ‘Checkout’ button, which takes you to our order form. You may then enter your personal information and credit card details and submit your order via our secure server. Changing your Order

As soon as you realise that you need to change your order please contact a member of staff on 08443 240981 or by emailing us at info@furnitureoracle.co.uk All changes will then be confirmed in writing via e-mail. If you amend or change your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you’ll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend or cancel the order)

If you decide that you do not wish to submit your credit card details on-line, but you still want to purchase products from furnitureoracle.co.uk, simply contact a member of staff by telephone on 08443 240981, or by email at info@furnitureoracle.co.uk. We will then contact you to confirm your order and a member of staff can take your credit card details over the phone.
