Delivery

  • All products at Furniture Oracle include free direct home delivery.  
  • All furniture is transported directly to your home by a specialist furniture logistics business.
  • For all furniture deliveries this includes a "White Glove" service where our carrier will deliver, place the goods in the desired room, unwrap and inspect the furniture with you, as well as remove the packaging.

Notes

  • We are unable to deliver to areas outside of mainland UK, for example Ireland, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and the Scottish Islands. If we receive an order from any of these areas the cost of the purchased item will be immediately refunded to the card used in the transaction.
  • Please note that we do not remove old furniture and do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
  • All goods ordered by you will be delivered within the Delivery Time quoted from the date of your order, unless we agree with you an extended period for delivery immediately upon receipt of your order. Please always refer to the delivery times quoted for each item, which can be found in the product description box. Should we be unable to deliver within said period, or within any extended period agreed with you in writing, we will if we can offer you a new delivery date. You may accept this offer of a new delivery date but you are under no obligation to do so and you may instead cancel the order and seek a refund of the purchase money paid by you. Such refund will be made to you within thirty days of your request. Please also note that occasionally, the manufacture of your furniture may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand.
  • Unless agreed by a member of staff at furnitureoracle.co.uk, where an order contains more than one item, all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
  • Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the Buyer isn’t present to receive the delivery we at furnitureoracle.co.uk reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £50 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
  • An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 7 working days following delivery of the goods. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by letter, fax or e-mail.
  • If you cancel the order within a 7 day period for any other reason except a genuine manufacturing fault a £50 collection fee will be applied. The £50 collection fee will be taken off the refund of the full transaction.(see cancellations terms & conditions)
  • Upon delivery an adult must be available at the address to check and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition
